Privacy and security
- What ArrHub holds about a subscriber
- Name, work email, company, billing address, business name, tax numbers where provided, subscription status, and the version of the subscriber terms accepted. Card details are handled by Stripe; ArrHub does not receive or store card numbers.

- Retention
- Subscription records for the life of the subscription and 12 months after it ends; billing and tax records for the period tax laws require.
Continuity
ArrHub’s records come from public registers, and its pipeline runs on a weekly schedule, and each issue is published on the editor’s approval. Subscribers receive every issue by email, and keep every issue they receive. If no issue is published for four consecutive weeks during a paid term, the subscriber may take a pro-rata refund of the unused part of the term or a credit toward an ArrHub report (subscriber terms, section 5).
