- What ArrHub holds about a subscriber
- Name, work email, company, and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; ArrHub does not receive or store card numbers.

- What ArrHub does not do
- It does not accept customer uploads, does not store customer data beyond the above, and does not sell or share subscriber information.

- Limited to the editor.
- Your rights
- Access, correction and deletion on request to privacy@arrhub.com, under Canada’s PIPEDA and, where it applies, the GDPR.
- Retention
- For the life of the subscription and 12 months after the subscription ends, unless the law requires longer.
Continuity
ArrHub’s records come from public registers, and its pipeline runs on a weekly schedule without manual steps. Subscribers can download every issue they receive, as PDF and as data. If ArrHub stops publishing the weekly during a paid term, the unused portion of that term is refunded pro rata.
